The CARES Director is responsible for creating a holistic programmatic advising for student communities which have been historically marginalized. Through individual and group meetings, the CARES Director works with a team of program advisors to support the retention and persistence of student.
Working with various departments throughout the institution, this individual is responsible for responding to the needs of students and designing a program to support their social, academic, professional, and personal growth.
