With a direct reporting relationship to the AVP University of Kentucky HealthCare (UKHC) HR and a dotted reporting relationship to the Business Development leader, this position leads both the UKHC HR Mergers and Acquisitions function and UKHC HR Service delivery assessment and implementation.
This role will partner with internal and external leaders to ensure the most effective design and delivery of excellent patient-centered care through HR design, alignment when appropriate with UKHC policies and processes and leveraging existing resources within other organizations under consideration for partnership with UKHC.
