Supports the quarterly billing process for LTA manpower projects, including the monitoring of actual vs. budgeted amount;
Put forth recommendations for manpower proposals by reviewing the division’s workload vs. requirements;
Reviews actual manpower movements against planned, and ensures that the necessary course-correction actions are taken, to support organizational manpower agenda;
Guides line divisions to achieve their objectives in their transformation journey with a view of optimizing manpower resources, e.g. by identifying functions that could be re-designed and exploring new technologies to enhance operations;
Supports other workforce planning functions, e.g. creating and monitoring of headcount positions;
Supports existing HR digital transformation efforts, including the implementation of RPA, paperless and chatbot solutions; and
Identifies opportunities and applies knowledge of relevant technologies to improve HR efficiency. This requires the individual to keep abreast of current and future HR technological trends and development.
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and also a team player who can build rapport across all levels
• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Good understanding of HR operations and have experience in HR planning and/or digitalization would be an advantage
