you are the main Point-of-Contact (PoC) between the various stakeholders, such as other IT Business Domain Owners and Operation/System Managers (OM/SM) in the various IT Programme Centres (PC) whenever there is an audit.
You also front all audit follow-up and ensure timely closure in accordance to guidelines. You are also in charge of amending and updating of C4 related guidelines, directives and circulars to align with latest developments in GovTech IT Instruction Manuals (IM).
You must have a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, with at least 3 years' relevant IT work experience in planning, coordinating and monitoring execution. Having prior audit work experience would be advantageous.
Ability to work independently and communicate across multiple agencies within MINDEF/SAF as well as across Whole-of-Government Ministries and Statutory Boards is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
