    Job Description

    To provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to EM Division
    Main responsibilities would include:
    1. Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, issuing invoice, photocopy and scanning, data entry, booking of lorry air tickets and etc
    2. Attend to phone calls and email queries
    3. Monitor and apply SOC/SIC, monitor equipment list expiry date and send for calibration if required
    4. Monitor pending JCC status and aging report ensure client make payment on time
    5. Consolidate and replenish stationeries, office usage monthly
    6. Compute MFM report
    7. Update BIMS 2.1 system and AV28 enterprise
    8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assign

     

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
    • Willing to learn and be proactive in work
    • Able to communicate in both oral & written in English & Mandarin (in order to handle queries, concerns and requests from English and Mandarin speaking clients and associates)
    • Required skill: MS Office
    • With Technical Knowledge on AutoCAD and Revit is an added advantage
