Leading a team and oversee the HR department
Manage full spectrum of HR function such as recruitment, onboarding and Offboarding, payroll, appraisal and etc
Working closely with the head of department to understand the hiring needs
Develop and maintain the HR policies
Manage staff welfare
• Degree in Human Resources
• Experience working in healthcare sector
• Obtained at least 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Familiar with HR policies
