Position : Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager
Qualification : Engineering Graduate + MBA Marketing / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
Experience : 8 -10 yrs.
Desirable Attributes : Candidate must have excellent academic record
CTC : Max 8 Lac
#Responsibilities Include: Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service being offered
Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
Develops sales strategies and approaches for various services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
Answer questions from clients about service benefits
Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Track sales data and work to meet sales team goals
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Create and present regular performance reports for management
Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
Attend trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
Lead Generation
Co-ordination with digital marketing team
Skill Set :
Experience in sales and marketing of equipment supply/ sourcing /engineering services
Good Communication skill (Written and Verbal Communication)
Interpersonal skills with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority
