This full-time Consultant Psychiatrist position will see you join the established multidisciplinary team at Thornford Park. You will have overall clinical responsibility for the 24-hour management of in-patients in conjunction with other professions, delegating responsibility and accountability to the Associate Specialists and other medical staff whilst providing professional and personal support to them
To be a member of the Medical Directorate advising on psychiatric and medical issues within the unit.
As a member of the Medical Directorate, to operationally manage within agreed standards, targets, timetables and constraints, in accordance with operational and strategic objectives in the Medical Service Level Agreement
Responsible for the administration of the Mental Health Act, Clinical Policy, Clinical Standards and associated administrative tasks in respect of patients
