    Overall experience of 14-18 Years, with minimum 8 years of experience as an Agile Coach and with Project Management experience in Scrum
    Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
    Excellent Presentation Skills - Creating Presentations and Delivering them
    A must Have experience in Scaled Agile Transformations using any Models (SAFe, LESS, DAD, Nexus) with SAFe Certified being a plus
    Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner - CSM / CPO / ACP-PMI Certified;
    A must Lead the successful adoption and transformation to Agile across the organization or at least a Program (Multiple Scrum teams) using above mentioned Scaled Agile Best Practices
    Evaluate the current state by talking to all levels in the organization and shadowing team members/management
    Create and discuss recommendations for valuable and consistent Agile practices
    Good knowledge and experience covering Process & Automation Technicality in DevOps, DevSecOps, DevTestOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery.
    Good knowledge, exposure, experience on SDLC and if possible PDLC 
    Create Agile training material specific to the organization--Map the current organization's process to Agile process
    Conduct workshops and training
    Work with teams to better their engineering practices (Coding Standards, TDD, ATDD, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Refactoring, Pair Programming, etc... )
    Experience in anchoring opportunities during Pre-sales bids (RFP, RFI, RFQ) to cover Agile solutions
    Create Agile community of practices, websites, book clubs, learning tools, etc
    Coach teams for continual improvement
    Establish successful Agile practices across teams Help in conducting and establishing effectives sprint ceremonies
    Empower teams to become self-organizing
    Train / Coach consultants into Product Owner and Scrum Master roles wherever the situation demands.
    Coach teams to translate High-level requirements from MRD, Product backlog to sufficiently detailed functional & feature requirements that developers can take for implementation
    Serves as the primary liaison between the SCRUM Team and the Scrum Master at the project inception stage
    Help in identifying training needs and chalking out training programs for the individual teams and collectively for the organization covering People, Process & Tools
    Must have experience in end-to-end Project Execution using Scrum or any Agile Model - at least 3 projects managed as Scrum Master.
    Must have experience in training and/or coaching Business, SMEs, Developers on Agile best practices and cultural change
    Readiness to travel at least for short periods of 3-4 weeks if required
    US / UK / Europe Business VISA readiness is a plus
