    Job Description

    1. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments of Chairman
    2. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms and E -Mails.
    3. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
    4. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
    5. Meeting Government officials and bankers on behalf of company’s representative.
    6. Managing travel arrangements of chairman.
