    Job Description

    Be first point of contact for SBU CRM Champions.
    Coordinate with Sales and Service SBU CRM champions to drive adoption & usage of CRM through periodic reviews.
    Report adoption and usage to management.
    Coordinate with SBU & HQ teams to drive product improvement.
    Periodic review calls with CRM Product vendor along with Implementation vendor to understand upcoming product level changes and release management.
    Create and deploy reports as per user requirements.
    Role will also be primary SPOC for Integrated call center to co-ordinate between business stakeholders and external call center vendor for regular governance and continuous improvement activities.
    Coordinate with vendor to ensure all Support tickets are resolved within Agreed SLA.
    Responsible for CRM and Call center Governance and reporting.
