    Job Description

    Incumbent must be able to review contracts/POs from a legal and commercial perspective and authorize their processing. 
    Incumbent will be a key person in handling coordination with sales team at varied regional locations for booking clear contracts and adherence to their timelines. 
    Incumbent must be good at commercial planning and amendment of contracts, taxes, duties, etc. and check the Order acceptance keeping all factors in mind. 
    Incumbent must have good knowledge of dispatch clearance and their documentation to understand and plan the activities accordingly. 
    Incumbent must be able to mitigate the risk and analyse potential pitfalls in the orders and send it for ratification of the internal customer i.e. Sales Team and direct them to send the revised one before it goes for production. 
    Monthly stock of the orders processed, pending and rejected ones and follow up on their closure to take them to next steps. 
    Incumbent must be good at extracting reports from SAP and develop MIS reports in time. Should have good hands on experience in SAP SD module. 
    Incumbent must ensure with internal customers on getting the Bank Guarantees & other related documents as per contract and redrafting of clauses of same and dispute resolution. 
    Incumbents main responsibility to get the entire coordination team adherence to their timelines and delivery of their services as per the set lead-times
